Product Introduction:
This is a laboratory mini-hot melt adhesive coating and bonding machine for continuous coating and proofing or small-scale production. It can directly coat hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive on heat-resistant substrates, or coat on release paper and then transfer the adhesive film to different surface materials in China, such as paper, non-woven (non-elastic) plastic, metal film, etc. It is one of the most commonly used hot melt adhesive coating machines and is widely used in production factories and scientific research institutions.

Product Feature:

1. The whole machine is assembled with high-precision modular coating station structure.
2. Use a dial gauge as a dividing head to precisely adjust the coating gap between the upper and lower rubber wheels to control the coating thickness.
3. After setting the thickness, the rubber wheel can be indirectly locked to prevent changes in clearance.
4. Unlimited length coating and automatic winding.
5. The heating rod, gluing wheel and glue groove can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning of residual glue.
6. The coating speed is adjustable, using positive and negative rotation stepless speed change.
