Features:

1. The automatic Rockwell hardness tester (machine head mobile type) realizes the fully automatic control of the hardness testing process, and the loading system adopts a high-precision force sensor and a central controller to form a closed-loop loop to achieve accurate control of the test force. The bathymetry system uses a high-precision displacement sensor, which allows a hardness value resolution of 0.1 HR to be obtained.
2. The equipment stage is fixed, and the hardness test is carried out by the indenter moving up and down, and the fixed test bench can eliminate the coaxiality error caused by the upward and downward rotation of the traditional lead screw, which improves the test accuracy and repeatability while increasing the stability and work efficiency of the hardness tester.
3. Adopt high-speed precision precision walking control system to achieve high-precision rapid testing;
4. New design, head mobile structure, using high-precision guide rail to control the precise movement of the head;
5. High-definition LCD touch screen operation, menu-type operation interface, intuitive display, simple operation;
