Description:
Salt spray is one of the "three-proof" test equipment for artificial climate environment. For various materials, including surface treatment of paint, electroplating, anodizing, spraying, anti-rust  oil,  etc.,  the  corrosion  resistance  of  the  product  is  tested.  In  addition,  similar protection layers and product quality comparisons can also be made.

Features:
1.The whole machine is made of imported PP hard plastic board, with solid structure, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and never aging. It is suitable for various test requirements such as neutral salt spray NSS, acetic acid test ASS, copper acetate CASS, etc.
2.Adopt plastic precision nozzle and cone spray device, the mist falls uniformly and quickly, and the nozzle has a long service life and does not crystallize.
3. It adopts LCD touch screen, which can be connected to a computer to realize remote monitoring and operation, and can switch between Chinese and English at will.

4.Comes with a USB interface, you can plug in a U disk to download curves and historical data (can replace the recorder) (optional)
5. The spraying time can be controlled internally, no time relay is needed
6.The flow rate of salt water and the pressure of compressed air are adjusted by flow meter and high pressure valve to ensure uniform salt spray precipitation.
7.The manual water refilling system is adopted, with automatic replenishment function when the water level is insufficient to ensure that the test is not interrupted.
