Manual Ultrasonic Hardness tester 

Introduction:
  1. SU-300H Manual Ultrasonic Hardness Tester is a classical portable durometer made by Sinowon group. It applies method of ultrasonic contact independence to make hardness testing at the spot or in the laboratory.
  2. SU-300H is a NDT durometer due to the contact indention is too small to observe, it is one of the excellent solution to test hardness of finished products, such as, the mold, gear, shaft, rod, screw, rails, etc.
  3. SU-300H can not only work with the manual probes, but also work with the motorized probes, which is able to meet the different application in light of different condition of surface roughness.
  4. SU-300Hconforms the standard ASTM A1038-2005, DIN standard DIN50159-1-2008 and China National standard GB/T 34205-2017.

How to choose a suitable UCI probe and kits for the hardness testing application?

It must be known what material is tested, please check the typical application in the following table, it will be helpful to choose right probe. If there is coating or plating on the specimen, it is better to choose the motorzied probe with minimum testing force, but you must consider the roughenss of suface. If the roughness is high, the light force probe is not suitable.

If the speimen is small and massive, it is better to choose a stationary stand to make the testing reliably.

If the specimen is a cyliner-shape, it is better to fix the probe in a small/ large cylinder kit, or MU-200 portable stand, it will be benifical to get a credible testing result.

If the specimen can not be reached by the standard length probe, it is able to test it in the lengthen manual porbe or motorized probes. If it is inside wall of some turbines or pipes, it is able to use the manual shorten probe to complete the testing.
