Application :
The Brinell hardness test is mainly used for the hardness determination of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys. In addition, it can also be used for the determination of the hardness of some non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite. It is suitable for factories, workshops, laboratories, universities and scientific research institutions.

Characteristics:

1. AutoBrin AB-3000ZD has 12-level test force and 16 kinds of Brinell hardness test scales, which is suitable for testing various metal materials;
2. AutoBrin AB-3000ZD has 4 ball indenters and two sets of objective lenses, and the four indenters can be installed on the hardness tester at the same time. When measuring different samples, there is no need to replace the indenter frequently. The optical structure is tight and the magnification is high, so that the surface to be observed is very clear;
3. According to the selected scale, the objective lens and the indenter are automatically switched, and the instrument will measure and observe according to the set indenter and objective lens;
4. The automatic lifting platform adopts precise structure and has high stability. After starting the measurement, it automatically rises, and after applying the test force, it automatically returns to the focusing surface, and the measurement is performed directly, realizing the function of one-button automation;
5. The hardness tester and the microcomputer are integrated, equipped with Windows system, with all the functions of the computer;
6. Built-in CCD image automatic measurement system, touch screen operation display, can preset the test force holding time, adjust the strength of the light source, display the measurement indentation length, hardness value, measurement range of hardness value, measurement times, etc.;
7. The software system can also calibrate, manually fine-tune, set upper and lower limit alarms and other functions to ensure the accuracy of measurement;
8. With the function of conversion scale, the conversion value between hardness scales can be selected;
9. The hardness test results can generate WORD or EXCEL reports, which can be directly saved or output by an external printer, which is convenient for users to read and study in the future;
10. The instrument has USB interface, RJ45LAN, WLAN, RS232 port, which can be connected to the network and other devices, so that users have more optional functions.
