Product Introduction:
The A7-IVS series is a high-precision, fully automatic Instant Vision Measuring System with a gantry structure, developed specifically for GD&T measurements with three-axis automatic electric control. It is equipped with automatic focusing, automatic lighting control, and automatic movement configuration of both hardware and software, allowing for fast and accurate measurement of linear and geometric dimensions. The mobile bridge structure ensures that the measured workpiece remains stationary, ensuring measurement accuracy and stability, making it suitable for measuring in industries such as electronics, medical equipment, LCD, and aerospace.



Product Characteristic:

1. Equipped with a 20 million pixel camera and a dual telecentric lens with double magnification, the imaging quality is excellent;
2. The high telecentricity design below 0.02° ensures measurement accuracy for products with significant height differences;
3. The low TV distortion below 0.01% and the uniformity of distortion over the entire image ensure the dynamic repeatability accuracy of the measurement;
